These are only loaded if you choose "Accept all" — choosing "Essential only" means no analytics or advertising cookies are set, and no data is sent to Google. You can find the banner again at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this page.
If you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide — your name, email, phone number, and message — in order to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive clinical details through this form beyond what's necessary to arrange an appointment; see the notice on the contact page.
Booking an appointment
Appointment booking is handled by Semble, a separate clinic-management platform, at online-booking.semble.io — embedded directly on our contact page as well as linked from "Book an Appointment" buttons elsewhere. When you use it, Semble — not this website — collects and processes your booking information as a separate data controller, and may set its own cookies to make the booking flow work. Please review Semble's own privacy policy for details of how they handle your data.
Reviews and maps
Our contact page also embeds a Doctify widget showing our genuine patient review score, and a Google Maps widget showing our locations. Loading these pages means your browser makes a direct request to Doctify's and Google's servers, which may log standard technical information (such as your IP address) as part of that request — this website does not share any additional personal data with them.
Health information
As a healthcare provider, M.I.A.L. may hold special category (health) data about you as part of your care. This is handled through our clinical systems, not this public website, in line with UK GDPR and our duties of medical confidentiality.
