Degrees: M.Ps. from LUMSA (Rome, Italy), with further training in Clinical Psychology in Montreal, Canada.

Memberships: Order of Psychologists of Lazio (Italy) and Order of Psychologists of Quebec (Canada).

Areas of specialty: psychodynamic psychotherapy with adults and young adults, with clinical experience in mood disorders (depression and anxiety), personal growth, loss and bereavement, gender identity and LGBTQ+ issues, relational difficulties, eating disorders, and personality disorders.

How Elisa works: 50-minute in-person and/or tele-psychology sessions. Her clinical approach is mainly psychodynamic, integrating techniques from other approaches when appropriate, within an empathic, consistent and safe psychotherapeutic space. Through explorative work on emotions, thoughts and behaviours, patients are helped to access earlier life experiences and gain insight into their current lives, with the aim of facilitating change and improving overall wellbeing.
